Homeless Prevention Rent Assistance Program—Provides rent assistance to households at risk for homelessness due to a temporary hardship. Additional services provided include information and referral to community resources, assistance with landlord negotiations, and housing counseling. The amount of assistance is based on household needs but is generally the equivalent of one month of rent.
