Midwest Mission has been showing God’s Love in practical ways through the distribution of education, health, micro-business, and disaster relief supplies meeting basic human needs around the world and around the corner.

HaTikva Project (The Hope Project) exists to see the Israeli Body of Messiah built up and to serve needy Israelis in the name of Yeshua as we fulfill His commandment to “love your neighbor as yourself.” Through HaTikva Project, people everywhere have an opportunity to meet the needs of Israeli believers in financial crisis, to provide high quality, subsidized dental care to all of Israel, and to promote and facilitate adoption and foster care.

They are a local Urbana folks seeking to work in Asia. The are missionaries with Pioneer. Pioneers is a faith-based mission, and the majority of its personnel depend on the Lord for the provision of their daily life and ministry. Teams of churches and individuals partner together with each worker to provide their necessary prayer support, salary, and work expenses. You can become a vital part of initiating church-planting movements among the unreached by becoming a faithful supporter of a Pioneers missionary or by giving to the projects they start. Cunningham is an exemplary child welfare and educational services agency that provides caring support and therapeutic intervention to children, youth, adults and families each year through comprehensive programs including residential treatment, special education and community-based services

Eastern Illinois Foodbank exists to alleviate hunger in eastern Illinois. Each year, we distribute millions of pounds of food across our network of nearly 170 programs such a food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters. Together, we’re working to create a hunger-free eastern Illinois. We fight hunger in communities throughout these 18 eastern Illinois counties

.

When a child loses his/her parents, in most cases the extended family members (grandmothers and uncles/aunts) are not able to provide for an extra child. They can’t afford to feed or care for them, much less provide for the orphaned child’s education. Education is not a given, in fact, even in families who have both parents. Lack of education perpetuates cycles of generational poverty and lack of opportunity for many individuals in the village and district our project lies within.

The Baby Fold has been serving children and families since 1902. We currently serve over 1200 individuals every year through 12 programs that wrap services around children and families across 28 counties in Central Illinois.

I (Milton) have been involved with Cru since 1979 while a college student at Chicago State University. 

Cynthia and I were married in 1984 and joined full-time staff in 1986. We have served at the Agape Center all these years! The Agape Center is under Cru Inner City, the urban compassionate ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ.

Iroquois district to district partnership with the Kakata/Farmington District and the Kokoya District of the Liberia Annual Conference in 2006, giving financial help for scholarships, pastor salary, & reconstruction. The need is still great and Iroquois River District is continuing to stand with our brothers & sisters of the United Methodist churches in Liberia
