In addition to the Illinois Uninsured Discount, OSF HealthCare also offers financial assistance for medically necessary health care services to those who qualify. This includes the uninsured, underinsured or those who lack the financial resources to resolve bills for service. All patients are eligible to apply for this assistance.

If the standard charge presents a financial hardship, we also have a sliding scale, lowering the charge for a session to as low as $90.00, or whatever level of payment is affordable to a client within that range. You do not have to meet any poverty criteria to ask for the sliding scale.

We offer care for free because we realize the resources of the uninsured are minimal, with most of CCCHC’s clients working full time and often having more than one job just to make ends meet.
